From now until September 15th Cervélo is offering 25% off select models of the Caledonia. The Caledonia has been the most popular road bike of 2023 here at the shop. This bike technically sits in the endurance road category but it hardly rides like a couch.
The Caledonia was the last bike that Cervélo deigned from their Toronto head office before they moved down to California. The designers were sick of riding through the urban mine field that was Caledonia street so they made a bike that would take that on and more. You see, Caledonia street is much like our beloved Lakeshore, its full of traffic, pot holes and is just a pain to ride but we just couldn't live without it. The Caledonia is built around having a little shorter top tube and taller head tube for comfort on long rides but also compliance built into the carbon weave of the frame. This bike with 32c tires eats pot holes and some how accelerates, ok maybe not, but it certainly doesn't slow you down like with anything else.
We've had a couple shop guys here riding them past the 300km mark, around city streets at 50km/h, the cheeky town sign sprint and much more so we can attest to the models flying colours. Don't believe us? Come by the shop to try one yourself and take advantage of the deals.
